This is a 60-minute personalised online session designed to give you clarity, direction and confidence when it comes to your health. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice, or just want to dip your toe in before committing to a longer programme - this one’s for you.
We'll explore your current health picture, talk through your priorities, and create simple, actionable steps to help you start feeling more like yourself again - with energy, ease and motivation. There is the option to book further follow-up sessions if desired, which is recommended for optimal results.
